There is just too much wrong. Both build and guide suffer from a lot of mistakes. Get your information out of those spoilers, fix your build, make explanations more complete etc.

"Mid-game losing build": Still rush Trinity force. I don't see why you'd get Trinity force if you're losing lane in the first place.
The stats it gives are minimal for the price and scattered all over the place. If I'm playing an ADC, I'm just going to rush BT, or Bork in some cases, and heavily out DPS you since you don't have barrier or any decent items. Sure the
Secondly, BorK is way more important than BT. AS+AD are your key stats since that gives you stronger, and faster passive procs. Trust me, I've played a lot of AD Thresh.
No huge armor pen means you're going to hit like a limp noodle, even with the crits.
And, if you're going to tell me, "I list it as a situational item." I'm just going to stop you right there since, as an AD Carry, you NEED the armor pen to stay relevant.
Don't write paragraphs in your notes for items. They're supposed to be notes, not the lesson re-written.

Hehe my bad, I own him now, at the time I didn't. After playing him free week like everyday, I fell in love with ADC Thresh. :D
If you doubt that, consider
There is a lot of math here oh man. I'm not sure how to explain it, but for now I'm just saying it's in situation because if their team doesn't have enough HP,it won't deal efficient damage, and the bonus damage is only added on top of these other sources of damage. So I put both of them in situational items, so you guys could decide, I don't want to be too rigid and say, "THIS is how you should build", but rather give suggestions so you can see what works for ya. Flexibility is essential in game, one build can't win every game :/
After using any skill, your next autoattack will deal damage from four sources, if you include
1) Auto Attack Damage (Can Crit)
2)
3)
4)
For simplicity's sake, we'll say
Scenario #1 (BotRK rather than BT)
So our damage is calculated like so:
1) (Critical Strike) 250% x 211 Attack Damage = 527.5 Physical Attack Damage +
2) (No Critical) 50 Souls + 200% (211 Attack Damage) = 472 Magic Attack Damage +
3) (No Critical) 200% x 211 Attack Damage = 422 Physical Attack Damage +
4) (No Critical) 5% x (Enemy Health : 3000HP) = 150 Physical Attack Damage
For a total of ~1100 Physical Attack Damage and 472 Magic Damage
or 1572 Damage in total. It sounds about right, I've seen some ADC/APC's health bars go from 90% to 15% as a result of that one autoattack.
However if we substitute a
Physical Attack Damage :
Initial 211
-25 (Taking out
+100 (Adding
Final 286
Scenario #2 (BT rather than BotRK)
So we have 286 AD and only three sources of damage on our first autoattack:
1) (Critical Strike) 250% x 286 Attack Damage = 715 Physical Attack Damage +
2) (No Critical) 50 Souls + 200% (286 Attack Damage) = 572 Magic Attack Damage +
3) (No Critical) 200% x 211 Attack Damage = 422 Physical Attack Damage
For a total of ~1137 Physical Damage and 572 Magic Attack Damage, or a total of
1709 Damage.
Of course I didn't include Armor/Magic Penetration or Armor/Magic Resist, but they are both proportional regardless of whether you have the
