Sure.
Darkscale Healer is inefficient.
Gurubashi Berserker takes too long to set up and is too easily dealt with.
Stormwind Champion really doesn't fit a Priest deck.
Mind Control Tech is easy to play around.
Questing Adventurer is unreliable.
Auchenai Soulpriest + Circle of Healing is like a Flamestrike for 4 mana, but affects your minions too.
Injured Blademaster + Circle of Healing gives you massive board control if you can get it out at turn 3.
Here's a lategame-focused deck with some legendaries.
And here's a budget deck without legendaries.

I dunno about the Oracles, but you should def be dropping the Mortal Coils. They're for defensive decks.

How do you guys get so many good players? Do you actually use money or is there some hidden secret I don't know about? Or do you guys just play games all day?

One has to consider some of us, like me, come from a tcg heavy background (had my fair share of Pokemon, Yugioh and most importantly Magic in my earlier years) and thus know a lot about mechanics and how to play games like these. Arena for example is very similar to drafting in mtg where you have to evaluate a card's value(howbeit HS's system is far simpler).
Also I just won 3 arena games in a row due to enemy disconnects. EUW seems to be messing up quite badly.
