I remember Koreans saying his level 2 was the strongest of any champion
I would hesitate calling it THE strongest level 2 in the game, but it's very strong.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Alistar jungle got a little better with spirit stone changes but hes definitely nothing to write home about. He and nautilus were my most played way back in S2.
Added malzahar, I recently moved ahri up, gonna wait to move her again. Its hard to place a champion with so many skillshots.
As for garen I feel hes very underrated. I tried my best not to be biased though, and I feel I placed him pretty fairly. Moved him up above warwick and riven pretty recently. Even riven mains seem to have abandoned the notion of her going top most of the time, the nerfs she received were pretty bad. I really am baffled about warwick though. I played warwick top a long time ago, and dusted him off a bit after Darien brought him out, but I don't really think hes THAT good. Hes definitely solid, but you dont see him much so its a bit hard to say where he belongs.

Pantheon was already good before the W and spirit stone changes. He just didn't have a fallback since he couldn't keep up sustained farm for **** unless he bought a ton of pots. With these 2 changes, it just solidified his place in T1. He was easily high T2 before them.

Pantheon also got so strong only due to the
