Actually, these masteries are just a new thing that I haven't tested ( Can't play until Sunday ) but my normal Masteries are either 0/21/9 or 0/9/21 ( Depends on which kind of Support ). I've to work on my guide for like 400 years so I've plenty of time to try out new masteries. Thanks for the response, I'm currently considering changing back to the classic 0/21/9.

If you're at 90% of your maximum health, you gain 0.56 HP/5, and it grants you 20.27 gold value.
If you're at 80% of your maximum health, you gain 1.12 HP/5, and it grants you 40.53 gold value.
If you're at 70% of your maximum health, you gain 1.69 HP/5, and it grants you 60.80 gold value.
If you're at 60% of your maximum health, you gain 2.25 HP/5, and it grants you 81.07 gold value.
If you're at 50% of your maximum health, you gain 2.82 HP/5, and it grants you 101.34 gold value.
If you're at 40% of your maximum health, you gain 3.38 HP/5, and it grants you 121.61 gold value.
If you're at 40% of your maximum health, you gain 3.94 HP/5, and it grants you 141.88 gold value.
If you're at 20% of your maximum health, you gain 4.50 HP/5, and it grants you 162.14 gold value.
If you're at 10% of your maximum health, you gain 5.01 HP/5, and it grants you 187.48 gold value.
If we assume an average health of around 70% in lane, that mastery gives you 61 gold worth of stats for 3 points (20.33 per point), with that gold value increasing per level (more health value missing per % means more healing per 5). I haven't done any of the math for the other masteries, but you'd have to find one that's worth more per point at level 1, and likely until level 9 or so to be worth trading the masteries.
