Download the old mod which allows you to beat up guards to get rid of your bounty :p I remember seeing a mod showcase of it but can't remember much more. I'll do some googling and post if something turns up :p

Hey I got a mod for you guys and a better version of NMM.
Mod: Familiar Faces. This mod is really cool, it allows you to look at past achievements
The second thing is Mod Organizer. This is a much better version of nmm in my opinion, it has built in BOSS and LOOT, mod organizer and you link NMM links to it. It is a bit weird for the first time but once you understand it makes downloding an installing mods 10x easier. You can even import mods from NMM to mod Organizer.

If it's something small don't you have option to say something like "It's just a little thing I did ples leave me alone" and he'll reply "go bully some other guard"?
Maybe it's my guard dialogue mod or something
there is, but its more like when you have a bounty of about 10-40 if im not wrong or a little just very little higher and you talk to a guard when they say "Wait, i know you."
