Welp, I will run next AP GP only anyway, he has more dueling potential than AD GP because of the super strong heal, same amount of poke damage and his ultimate is actually doing something. Then I start in lane with Crystalline Flask+1 Health Potion+2 Mana Potion. Pretty hard to go oom here, right?

Actually AP GP does next to zero damage until he finishes Lich Bane, but ok. And yea sure you may not go oom, but you aren't exactly winning any lanes. Trust me, I play AP GP too, and I'm a genuine fan of the build, but really. He's super terrible in (and out) of lane. 100% of his damage in team fights is his ultimate and his Q with LB is really only amazing for cheesing last hits on kills to make your KDA look good so you can troll the enemy team because they lost to AP GP.
Almost always run Crystalline Flask on ad gp +pots(health or mana pot numbers depending on matchup). The sustain from flask is all he really needs to stay in lane for prolonged periods of time.
In regards to ap gp, he gets a nice power spike mid game for about 10-15 minutes, and that's it. The rest of the game he does minimal damage as he doesn't scale well (especially since the Lich Bane nerfs), and early his damage is pretty lackluster without items/runes/masteries to pump up his ad. The whole point of the build isn't really to deal damage anyway, its to just take a bunch of hits, then eat an orange to frustrate your opponents.

Move Jinx ADC at least in front of Graves.
Zyra support at least in front of Vel'Koz.

Where would you place the basic skill level you have in mind when making this list? I see Draven in tier 3 for ADCs, and I'm confused.

Talon should be lowered nerf hurt him alot he is lower tier 2 maybe even tier 3 now he cant do his job any more at least against good players or top adc's like lucian or tris.
-He can no longer kill adc's yup thats right now when you jump on them to kill him they can now just r you away aka tristana or flash you no longer silence just a ****ty slow when you had one on w already
- He can no longer duel people like fiddle sticks before you could silence him in drain now you can do that all you can do is run away.
-Can no longer stop Tp or tinhs of that nature.
