It's also your tier list though, so I won't bother trying to argue with you - but as long as you refuse to update it, it won't be as good as it can be. You can say you won't review her until she's reworked all you want, but that's not really a valid excuse for a tier list that should be changing weekly/monthly. Poppy rework is probably like a year away if not more anyways.[/quote]
