Cuz I see some Morde go:
Sorcerer's Shoes, Hextech Gunblade, Randuin's Omen, Maw of Malmortius, Zephyr, Liandry's Torment, trying to abuse those AD scalings and going for pentakills with their ghosts while staying relatively tanky.

Mordekaiser a while back when there were some changes for it. Apparently he did it with some moderate success. I can't remember, but he was building stuff like Hydra and Trinity Force or something.
Personally, I believe Sion deserves high Tier 3 at least, potentially bottom of tier 2. While the smite upgrades don't benefit him that greatly, he has a very healthy clear. Same goes for Zac. They kinda offer what Nautilus does except they can actually clear the jungle while remaining decently healthy. While Naut has more CC, the early game jungle tears him apart.
