I have actually played very little of rek'sai jungle due to how strong she is in top against melee champs, however games I did play with her I feel like
Stalker's Blade is a must, end of discussion. Devourer is ok since she clears well, but I don't think it's worth it to get it over Warrior due to it promoting not ganking. As for Damage item, I REALLY like hydra for the clear speed increase, blade is definitely doable but I think she has good enough Attack speed as is. Youmuu's is potentially good for her too due to the option of building her assassin, I have yet to try it myself but I've pondered it and it doesn't sound half bad.
Next patch she's getting nerfed, naturally, 0.3 Q AD ratio from the current 0.4 which is pretty suckish, hope they just nerf base or something because this will be a very unfortunate nerf. Also AP rek'sai nerf too lol. 0.7 from 1.0

Thing is, compared to devourer, warrior doesnt feel that much stronger and, when past the 25 mins mark, i see myself doing so much more damage with devourer.
Hydra is the best for clearing, no doubt about it, but the blade gives you chase - which you really need. The only con I see about blade is that I was almost forced to build trinity after that, for the lack of burst I had. I used blade and all but they all could escape from me when I tried some 1v1's. Teamfights tho, I rek't even more with blade

Devourer currently is probably better late game wise yeah, but I think once warrior buff rolls out next patch, it'll probably become a bit more viable.
As for the blade situation I guess it depends on preference of being less tanky and more duely, or the vice versa. Another item I've seen on few occasions, and built for myself once was
Frozen Mallet, offers sizable health and small increase in damage too, the slow allows chasing a bit more easily, however the AOE from
Queen's Wrath does NOT apply the slow to anything except your main target, which is the only issue I see with it. It also takes a lot more gold to complete pre-req's compared to blade alternative which is a turn off for most people as well. I along with a lot of other people avidly use mallet on new
Sion and I believe it might be good on
Rek'Sai situationally.
Also to add on to the
Queen's Wrath bit, I think
Rylai's Crystal Scepter does apply through the aoe, Hybrid rek confirmed? Probably not. Let's not talk about non AD rek ever again.

RIP 1 AP ratio
I usually build frozen mallet after randuins if they have no AP or he is underfed. Those pesky solo adcs can't get away from me.
Regarding blade and devourer, I found a nice option when to build which.
1) Enemy team has an early game champ like
Vi or
Pantheon -> Build warrior hydra to keep up with their power spikes. I know I'll outscale them later in the game whichever path I go
2) Enemy team has a
Nocturne or
Warwick -> Build devourer blade, otherwise they'll outscale
Rek'Sai and you won't be able to kill them anymore
There is also the option of doing it the other way around. Like focusing on early power spikes vs Noc or WW, but since SoloQ has those throws I neveer trust my team enough to finish a game within 25 mins, no matter how fed we are.

I recommend
Enchantment: Warrior. I started off building
Enchantment: Devourer every game because Rek'sai can farm it up really quickly, but to be honest it's pretty hard getting enough autoattacks off in fights to really make on-hit procs worth it. No matter how many stacks of Devourer you have built up, your burst is always going to suck if you don't build any AD or armor pen.
I had a lot more success early game when I started building Warrior and haven't regretted it. You can build
Ravenous Hydra second (though personally I usually go
Trinity Force for the sticking power) but you should generally build pretty tanky by the time both teams start grouping. I only had one game where I built Warrior, Triforce AND Hydra and the rest I didn't need more than 2 offensive items.

I've been experimenting with Rek'sai lately (mostly warrior-hydra) and found out a while ago about devourer-BoTRK
I've tried both and idk which one i prefer. I feel like I do more dmg early with hydra, which helps me be sucessful on ganks, but the blade helps me chase more and im a lategame monster.
Also, with the small nerf to the Q's AD ratio (0.5->0.4, not much) it might be better to go devourer - blade.
Which one do you guys prefer?
