Hey everyone, I thought it would be about time I tell you something about the sport I do: bridge! No, it doesn't consist of building bridges, it's actually a card game. You have to play it with 4 people, who each get 13 cards. There are actually 2 versions, an easy and a difficult one. The difficult one is what I have been doing since I was 7, but it's hard to explain like this so I'm going to keep it with the easy version.

In the beautiful game of bridge, you play 2vs2; the ones opposite to each other play together (north plays with south, east plays with west).
The cards each have ranks, 2 being the lowest and ace being highest. The jack is worth 1 point, the queen 2, the king 3 and the ace 4. Everyone, starting with the person directly left from the one who dealt the cards, should start by telling their points. Suggest the hand you get looks like this: (S = spades, H = hearts, D = diamonds and C = clubs)

Basically it's been snowing since yesterday and it hasn't stopped. It's very pretty outside...reminds me of a passage from The Witch of Blackbird Pond where Kit describes the snow covered landscape as looking though it's made of white coral...or maybe it was ivory (I was gonna quote it directly but I couldn't find my copy of the book)...

*looks outside* Hey, the sun is out now, but the snow is still falling....which makes it even prettier...

Again I find myself reminded of that book, as I wander outside with only socks on my feet so I can take a picture...

I have spent a good deal of time playing LoL, obviously, but I cant seem to win recently. :/ No matter how well I do early game I end up feeding late game because whoever I am playing with ends up feeding the enemy team. It makes it imposable to play someone fun or supportive such as Soraka or Sona because I have to take a heavy damage output in order to help give my team an edge.

Not only that, no one wants to tank.... Why? I play with a friend and she always has to tank because no one likes tanking. Maybe Riot needs to make some funner tanks so that people will have more of a desire to play a tank champion.

Hello. As many of you may have noticed, from around 11/6/11 to 11/19/11, my builds were all archived. I did this because I am done playing League of Legends. I enjoyed the game for the year and a half that I played it, but with many new games I've been looking forward to being released soon, I decided it was time to part ways with LoL. At first, I figured I was done with mobafire too, so I archived all of my guides. I didn't want to have to deal with them anymore. Then I started thinking about how many people my guides have helped, and how many people might depend on my guides/builds, so I was leaving them in the dark when I suddenly archived my builds. I thought that I could at least leave my guides up as a gift to the LoL community in exchange for the fun this game has given me. Unfortunately, I do not plan on regularly checking my guides, so comments may take a while for me to respond to.

I hope you all enjoy the guides that I provide and I hope they are helpful.

Today I wish to address a trend in LOL that greatly troubles me. This is the loss of a true tank role in exchange for tanky built carries (mainly ad melee). The problems with this scenario are two fold.

#1. Lack of initation and CC: The main role of a tank is to initate team fights and throw down some heavy CC. Tanks like Alistar, Amumu,

Jhoihoi made a blog on how to make a women attractive, and I found out there was no such thing for guys! That is unacceptable! Some guys out there would like to know how to become attractive. After being pissed off about photobucket no longer using my images I am no longer going to post about my solo rank journey. I no longer play LoL as much anyways with Skyrim and other games that recently came out I can no longer be paying that much attention to LoL. Maybe 1 day I will be posting my journey from now on it will be a private matter.

Lets take a look back shall we, back to the very early stages of development when riot was just formed, and they were coming up with what stats to use. of course they would use health, armor, magic resist, etc.. all the basics. but then came the big question. how do we make mages scale into late game?

the answer to this, was the stat ability power. ability power is just what it says it is, a stat that buffs the power of your abilities. not only was this stat useful to mages, but it was useful to anyone who wanted to deal more damage with their spells. carries such as tristana and teemo could do just that, build damage as and crit or build ability power and do great damage with their abilities if they so choose.
