I'm not main nasus, just a regular player with him, but i recently tested this build on my smurf and worked very well(more than i expected).

Pros / Cons
This build is awesome against 3+ squishies in the other team
1 shot the enemy
A lot of damage
Cons:
Low life
Die quickly
It's easy to be kited
