General chapter
As I'm super lazy, just quick tips
Jungle clear : red > blue > gromp
You can do krugs once for the xp and golds, but it's a pain to do since medium golems doesn't reset W cooldown, avoit it.
AS you guys are as lazy as me here is the ItemSet for league, to import it on client go to collection (bag icon) > items > click on "import item sets logo"

and select the file downloaded.
That should be pretty much, don't forget to sip water tho
