This is the build I've been using and I find it fun. I feel like Lillia is a poke & run champ - until your ult is ready then you melt them. So, that's why I use Arcane Comet - Not to mention, it helps with the extra damage, especially if you can't finish them off. Secondly, I like to use CDR runes - I think that's the most important thing for Lillia. I see tons of people stacking healing/movement but I think that's unnecessary. I'm sure most people are liking different runes - but, I think this build is worth a try. I've been having alot of fun with it. :)

I can add more to this guide once I know more. But, as of right now, I think this is a good and fun build for Lillia! Especially if you enjoy poking,then waiting for your ult to cause tons of damage. :)

- Use your jungle camps to stack your movement. Just run by them while going to lane and stack up your movement to quickly get there.

- Use the scuttle and keep it near the lane you want to gank to keep your movement stacks.

- Don't worry about hitting some minions in lane to keep your stacks.:)
