Quanto a escolha dos itens uma troca que você pode fazer facilmente é colocar um rei destruido no lugar de uma dança da morte, caso você esteja obtendo uma vantagem muito grande ou o time inimigo tenha poucos campeões capazes de reduzir sua vida muito rápido.
