Champion Build Guide
Introduction
Hey guys, I'm Etlios - A diamond jungle/adc player. I've mained jungle and adc consistently for several seasons and Kai'Sa is one of my favorite champions.
First off, this is not the BEST pick, but she is certainly viable, especially in the right matchups. Kai'Sa jungle has always been one of the most enjoyable picks to me ever since she was released. Players like Tarzaned and some korean soloq players were spamming Kai'Sa jungle when she first came out. She got gutted pretty hard in the jungle not too long after though and I've always been waiting for her return.
Now she's slowly made her way back into being a solid pick with her being one of the best ADCs again and the new items giving a more clear cut way of spiking.

Playstyle
Play Kai'Sa jungle how you would play Kha'Zix in that you want to be farming until you get your evolutions which are massive power spike moments. Early game you should full clear and save your smite for raptors since that's your worst camp. Contest scuttle if you have lane priority, if not than you're completely down to give it.
When it comes to ganking you're an assassin. You're squishy, but if you can get isolated q's and a passive proc you've done it. Look for solo laners (especially top) that are pushed too far up. Sneak around them and look for an isolated Q, red smite if you can, and just kite them down.
Against any champ not listed as a threat you want to be contesting scuttle, camps, counter ganking etc. Get in their face and surprise them with your damage and mobility. You're basically a ranged Kha'Zix so play like it.
If you're against a high threat champion, ward jungle entrances and if they invade LET IT GO. It actually is beneficial to you if they steal your red or blue. Just go to their jungle and counter jungle them (LEAVE THE BABIES ALIVE)and grab the other scuttle. This is beneficial, because you're resetting your jungle camps and they're not so on the next rotation you'll be ahead. Also you should never get a scuttle in a high threat matchup, so you're getting away with murder here.
Keep farming and rush nashors ASAP. Once you hit 6 you can gank anywhere that has engage. Your dragon is decently fast if you have an item or someone to help, but don't do it unless you have no camps up.
Once you get Nashors you're a power clearing monster and you have your W evolve. Get berserkers ASAP and with Legend: Alacrity you'll have your E evolve too. This is a surprisingly strong build that you can't really get away with in lane, but in the jungle you will be using it to its full potential. Your AP will make your passive procs and on hit dmg pop monsters and Nashors attack speed and on hit will melt camps.

Conclusion
Kai'Sa is a champion that lives and dies by the state of items and how convenient it is to get completed items + evolutions simultaneously. Right now items like Nashor's Tooth and Wit's End are incredibly cost effective and in the case of Wit's End a little overtuned. This is music to Kai'Sa's ears, because she can build these items and become a mixed damage machine. Her recent Q nerfs made prioritizing it early game to be a little less worthwhile, but still not a bad choice. This build focuses in on what items are strong in the meta right now as all Kai'Sa builds should.
