Hello Dippy! I was notified that I had received a request! I can definitely be of assistance, everyone has to have a desire to battle the competition with guides to do better with the content that they can provide. I'll try my best to help with what little you have.
You have a good array of items here that give your reader a few choices and notes to go along with them, which is a very nice thing to have. I would suggest you try to tidy it up a bit so as not to leave giant gaping spaces here as it helps to reduce length and condense the guide, especially here in the cheat sheet section.
Of course this is just and example you could display it any way you wish to display it. But it's better tidy.
It's nice to see some champion match-ups right off the bat in this section. Nothing really to add to this.
Is certainly lacking a lot of things. You do have runes, a few images here and there. But it doesn't seem like much of a detailed guide for a champion. Feels like a guide with the bare minimum and twitch / discord plug.
I would suggest you consider adding in some videos and explaining the champions abilities, her combos in a section dedicated to her skills. While also fixing up some of these sections as the text and content are either aligned or not aligned in some parts. Which feels lazy and not really much heart put into it, if that makes sense.
You have the basis of a guide down, but if you want to push your guide even further and prevent downvotes, rather get more upvotes. Try reaching out to other parts of the guide with new information, visuals, and style which can all be accomplished through helpful guides on this site by Katasandra, JhoiJhoi and others.
I am so very sorry that this is a very short review, but honestly. There is just so little for me to work with here.

I'm sorta all new to this, especially the coding
It's something you get used to after looking into the guides & tutorials over time. It's difficult yes, and time consuming, yes. So most people end up giving up before they can even begin. We don't expect everyone to go as in-depth into coding as others.
How'd you outlined each icon like that and how'd you add contrast in the background for each section of the guide.
I'm not all that great at explaining things. It's complicated, mumbo jumbo that I only recently started to look into, but you can read all about it here in this BBCODE advanced guide, the same thing goes for the contrasts. It's confusing and I can't explain.
