Hey, I really love your guide! I feel like it's really detailed and it has some dedication going on for it. I'm definitely trying out a lot of stuff here. Even though, I'm really curious abot considering grasp bad as a rune. From what I've experienced, Poppy's passive plays a huge role in her laning phase, specially during trades, and a pair of passive+grasp procs are generally a huge chunk of damage for an auto-attack. I understand you won't really look to proc it all the time in teamfights, but it's really good when trading and that might help do her job better. The 5 hp gain for every proc is a bonus imho. I don't know, I just think you're underestimating the set. Anyways, I really love the guide and the valuable information it has. Thank you for taking your time and sharing this with us!

Thank you for your opinion! From my point of view Grasp can be good in laning phase when used constantly with passive but when there is Sheen I just don't take Grasp. Sheen does literally more dmg and it don't take keystone slot (and you can cast it whenever you want) . Only difference is that Grasp deal magic damage but from what I've expierenced it doesn't deal that much. You can stack some HP with it of course but to be honest 100-150 hp is close to overgrowth which isn't keystone slot. Overall the set is good for laning phase but beacause of Sheen I don't take it and go for other keystones.
