Because with berserks+nashors you have enough attack speed.
Why AP yasuo?
Because you want to show league players that you are a man of culture.
Everyone knows how normal yasuo works... you have to go 0/10 then you become so useless and you reach your powerspike and randomly carry the game. But with ap yasuo, your items doesnt scale wery well, so you become useless exactly at 3 items+ boots. AND THATS NOT ALL! with ad yasuo you have to feed the enemies to reach powerspike, but with ap yasuo you dont!! So you get basically free powerspike without risk of overfeeding enemies!!!
