Threats & Synergies
Ashe
This threat is major if she is Support, her almost perma slow with w and her ult in case you managed to give everything to pass the slow makes it hellish. My best tip so far is to try to surprise her with double Q front into straight W, if W hits then you win else GL
Yuumi
Obviously Yuumi is of the ideal synergy with bel, slow, stun, heal, speed, she got everything to help you 1v9 the fight, makes it almost free!

Champion Build Guide
But anyway, this CDR build rely on the Q and W synergy you basically spam Q either to catch a prey or to hit them and then hit W to get 2 more Q's and finish the job with E or to repeat the sequence until you can finisher E.
The cool fact about CDR bel'veth is that the windows to Q back are shorter, you'll notice as you build, it's almost instant so it's a really great surprise on your opponent. It will also allow you to start fights and move around fast enough to let room for your team to play.
I'm still low on game counts with her but i promise this is rather surprising and i'll update along my games count. At first i was building attack speed but the games felt a bit weird? Even though the champ feels good and op in duels when it comes to team fights it is a bit hard (Imagine a team losing on gold and draft). So i went training room to test feelsgood builds and then went to rankeds. So far CDR felt the best, and i think fighter builds on her are more rewarding in most situations.
Attack speed build is good but kinda weird, except with good lead and weak cc on the opponent side you'll probably have a hard time team fighting/engaging.
CDR/Fighter build feels like how it should be done, you can do anything, engage, kill, tank. If you perform well on the champ the possibility of 1v5 with this build seems rather high.
Bel'veth kinda got a kit like irelia if you think about it you're roughly close to it: mobility, CC, DMG reduction, AOE R and attack speed passive etc.. so why not?
Don't forget to like/comment if you found this useful, it's helpful to me so i can eventually improve the guides! i'll try my best to answer

- Mostly an otp Rengar Top, currently at 2.8M mastery points. Why Rengar? why being otp? why top? Hmm it's all about having fun. The first time i saw rengar, i was playing against it and i felt, "wow he looks cool" my journey then started. Legends says you will never get tired about something you have fun with.
Passive - Death in Lavender

- After using an ability, Bel’Veth becomes ghosted and her next 2 attacks (gain 25−50% attack speed).
Q - Void Surge

- Bel’Veth dashes, dealing 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+1.1 per attack damage) physical damage to enemies she passes through. Each direction has a unique cooldown of 16 seconds that scales down depending on her attack speed.
W - Above and Below

- Bel’Veth slams her tail, dealing 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+125% of ability power) (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) magic damage, knocking up foes for 0.75 seconds and slowing them by 50% for 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 seconds. If a champion is hit, this refreshes the cooldown of Void Surge in that direction.
E - Royal Maestrom

- Bel’Veth channels and slashes around herself, gaining 70% damage reduction, 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 / 28% (+100% life steal) life steal and attacking 6 (+1 per 33.3% bonus attack speed) times over 1.5 seconds with the number of attacks increasing depending on her attack speed. Each attack strikes the lowest-health enemy, dealing 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 (+0.06 per attack damage) physical damage, up to 32 / 44 / 56 / 68 / 80 (+0.24 per attack damage) physical damage depending on the target’s missing health.
Using another ability or recasting ends this ability early.
R - Endless Banquet

- Passive: Every second attack against the same target deals an additional 4.5 / 6 / 7.5 (+0.09 per bonus attack damage) true damage, stacking infinitely. Takedowns against champions and epic monsters leave behind a piece of Void Coral.
Active: Consuming Void Coral grants 1 Lavender stack and activates Bel’Veth’s true form for 1 minute. Void Coral from Void epic monsters increases the duration to 3 minutes and causes minions that die nearby to become Void Remora. While casting, Bel’Veth slows nearby enemies before exploding, dealing 150 / 200 / 250 (+100% of ability power) (+25 / 30 / 35% of target's missing health) true damage.
In her true form, Bel’Veth gains 100 / 150 / 200 (+90% of ability power) (+1.65 per bonus attack damage) max health, 25 / 50 / 75 movement speed out of combat, 50 / 75 / 100 attack range, 10 / 15 / 20% total attack speed and Void Surge can pass through walls. Consuming Void Corals in this form will refresh the duration and heal Bel'Veth for 100 / 150 / 200 health.
