Zilean revive and speed up is broken. Any enchanter with shielding/healing/speed ups are very good with Pantheon as it allows him to play the Skirmisher in teamfights exceedingly well and you don't have to burn flash or risk an Ult to get into a fight.

PROS:
1. Great Skirmisher
2. Few If Any Unplayable Matchups

5. Can't Be Ganked Like Lane Pantheon

8. More R Value Due to Being a Jungler

1. Very Weak First Scuttle Contest (S13 Makes This Irrelevant)

Jungle Pathing
Quick 3 Camps:
Red > Raptors > Krugs > Gank
(Smite Krugs, Pot When Needed, Raptors & Krugs Are Interchangeable)
Full Clear:
Blue > Gromp > Wolves > Raptors > Red > Krugs
OR
Red > Krugs > Raptors > Wolves > Blue > Gromp
(Smite Gromp, Smite Krugs. Pot When Needed)
Full clearing is NOT HEALTHY. Ganking or at least covering early is important. Avoiding a scuttle contest is IDEAL however, it is better to look for a counter gank opportunity or a transition gank to the other scuttle crab if contested without prio. Don't worry about le funny flipping the game for scuttle if risky though as first scuttle gives barely any EXP now.
This isn't an end all be all of pathing and is very simplistic, each game is different. ID the easiest lane to gank and get ahead and clear in a way that allows you to play to this strength.
However, I've always been a avid enjoyer of RTS games and I have a passion for theory crafting and finding a optimal or viable way to play a game/character/or strategy. I eventually came up with this Pantheon build to put to rest the issues of Pantheon being a early game only champion. I also understand consistency is key in these type of games which is why I love this build and champion.

Useful to note that I started off 0-7 on Pantheon in S13 and remained relatively in a slump until I finally integrated Guardian Angel as a core item which I am currently 5-0.
P.S. I REALLY Hate S13 Jungle. :(
