he can always win against you. punish him for misssteps. try to not give him kills or he will snowball the game. you are stronger teamfight force.
Jinx
jinx has advantage pre level6 because of her range advantage (q). you can poke her qith aa+q+aa. if you get caught in her chompers (e) you are done for.
after level 6 you win all in. try to flash her ult and don't give her the attack speed through passive (e.g. she kills your support first).
Samira
harass her first 2 levels. you will see her with an engage support 95% of the time.
respect the all in. do not use condemn until you baited her w (negatives projectiles).
Nilah
I hate that matchup only because of her bonus experience passive. She can negate auto attack which is annoying but you can handle it with kiting + condemn her into a wall. first few levels you are stronger. denied her farm if not it will be hard to keep up in level. once she is ahead in levels it will be hard to fight her.
Jhin
jhin has the early game advantage (more dmg + burst). survive early. try to punish him for misspositioning himself after his 4th shot. (he can't attack you but has bonus movement speed). after botrk and lvl6 you win all in vs him. either trap him or run him down the long lane. do not all in him in front of his turrent. he will chunk you, stand back and ult you. you can cancel his ult with your condemn.
Seraphine
will be a farm festival. she will push wave all the time and be save. you can punish her before she has the chance to base and buy her first item components. afterwards she oneshots waves. just take cs, try to get a good all in angle and tell your support to roam 24/7 in midgame. seraphine can't kill you in a 1v1. annoying part is the tp of her. try to get it because she must base and you can take a good reset.
Miss Fortune
early game is rough. especially because mf has strong early dmg and can use lethality to snowball harder. you win against her if you don't fall behind and you can all in her /trap her with a condemn into the wall.
Swain
easy matchup. just dodge his root and you can run him down early game all the time. get anti heal early on or bait his ult and run away.
Lucian
in my opinion this matchup is not too bad. you just need to respect his short trades. let him push into you and don't take short trades early game and you are fine.
Twitch
50/50 matchup in my opinion depending who takes the early lead. you either snowball or twitch will snowball. pink wards are key in this matchup and respect stealthy plays. also ping your midlane everytime twitch bases so he doesn't donate free gold.
Xayah
she is stronger early levels. respect feather placements and the burst of it. you are stronger midgame. just bait her ult first or have flash ready to flash her e (also predict her flashing as well).
Kai'Sa
she is slightly stronger early but I still think it is one of the easier matchups. don't donate her kills and trap her mid lane phase. afterwards you can snowball the game. if you 1v1 her, either condemn her against a wall and try to fight inside your minion wave so you are not isolated or she could have the upper hand.
Tristana
tristana is a stat check champion. respect her early game and all in potential and you are good.
Varus
due to his range advantage be a little bit careful so he doesn't abuse it. in all ins flash his ult/q.
Ezreal
boring matchup. you can poke him with q. usually most ezreal players will sooner or later stand so far back and just q minions. you can take the free farm and outscale. matchup is harder if you play vs a good aggressive ezreal but we are not on the chinese super server so you usually don't see those.
Aphelios
still looking for the best way to deal with him. his weapon rotation works against you early game. in all ins dodge his ult.
Kalista
hard early game. let her push and pray that enemy jgl doesn't tower dive you or the game is over. if you can survive early game you will outscale her and can destroy her. bork is the key for a good all in timing.
Zeri
you have the stronger early game. your condemn can cancel her wall ride and she wil be stunt instantly against the wall.
Karthus
dodge his q's. except for that you are even in dmg early game. you can run him down often. just ping your support to all in.
Sivir
easy matchup. she is no threat to you at all. harass her out of lane. you can run her down all game long. dodge her q. if you go even in lane just wait for bork and run her down.
Ziggs
annoying but not hard. dodge his q poke and bait his w. afterwards you can run him down.
Kog'Maw
bait his w and punish w cooldown. nothing more you need to do.
Yasuo
I hate yasuo botlane but it is easy for vayne. just kite him. your outplay potential is disgusting. just be aware of wind wall our pain and suffering in this matchup.
Rakan
good all in potential. has a build in heal.
Janna
she can block most all ins with her tornado and you scale with her hard. only downside is gank potential for your jgl in my opinion. but great solution if you are weakside.
Rell
first 2 levels are rough. either get push or let them push. depending on that you need to survive until level 3 and let rell look for all in.
Blitzcrank
depends on enemy lane but I usually don't like the lane with blitzcank. he needs to land hook or is useless.
Bard
is probably on weed.
Senna
0-10 senna incomming. it is a good choice against enchanter support. if she picks senna into engage support -> pray she doesn't be a living money bag.
Maokai
he can poke with saplings. wait for his all in.
Thresh
thresh can either engage or peel. one of the support you can 2v3 botlane + jgl if you play it correctly.

yeah you have synergy mid/lategame. but you don't have a laning partner... he just tax exp and exists.
