Champion Build Guide
Intro
I'm Onam, one of the best Sejuani players on EUW, currently ranked #1 Sejuani in the World according to LeagueOfGraphs.
Sejuani is not very popular nowadays but I really like her because she doesn't have any truly bad matchups and luckily for you (and me) it takes very little mechanical skill to play her at a decent level.
For this reason we will not be discussing mechanics as a 5 minute youtube video and a normal game can teach everything and anything that you could ever want to know about Sejuani's kit and mechanics.

Early game
Most of the time you want to full clear while looking for opportunities on the side you are on. You should be looking for ganks on pushed lanes, especially if your laners have setup for it, but tracking the enemy jungler to alert your team and looking for counterganks is more important.
If you are full clearing, you need to pick a starting side, which will determine which lane you will be playing for in the early game. If you feel like your botlane is especially vulnerable, you should start topside or 3 camp to bot if you think they will get pushed in. If you toplaner has good setup it's often better to clear bot to top. In general it's better to clear towards the more volatile lane but often also depends on jungle matchup.
What's important to understand is Sejuani is a low economy jungler, which means she functions decently well with low resources. Because of this, if you sense the enemy jungler is going to try something fancy, you should plan your early game in the way that punishes him the most. If your bluff doesn't work out you might fall a camp or two behind but that's still a lot better than your botlane getting doublekilled before 3 minutes or walking into your jungle quadrant to find it emptied.

Early-mid game
When it comes to the early mid game (6-14 minutes) you NEED to work with your team. In this time perion the most important thing to remember is: The optimal play is only optimal if everyone is on the same page.
If your lanes are getting pushed in you should try to guess which objective the enemy team will go for and either make a crossmap play or if that's unlikely just take the objective on the opposite side.
Otherwise you should try to take advantage of your pushing lanes and play together with your support as much as possible.
Unless you fumbled your recall times or falled behind, you should be fairly strong on level 6 have a decent chance of winning 2v2 or 3v3 skirmishes.

Mid-Late game
Your job in the 14-22 minute interval highly depends on how the midgame went, but it's a good rule of thumb to slow down with farming. You can pretty much get away with only taking camps when you have a treat or to take a buff.
This is especially true if your team is behind, as looking for shutdowns is the easiest way to get back into the game. Even if an outright gank isn't possible, you should try to cover dives and look for crossmap objectives. Taking one drake can go a long way to stop soul stacking and getting a herald can be even better, as it can give you two objective bounties: one for the Herald and one for the tower you destroy with it.
If the game is roughly even, same thing from the early-mid game section applies.
If you are ahead, you should look to snowball your lead, but it can be equally important to protect your team from losing their lead by themselves, if for example your toplaner has a 600g shutdown, you don't want him to get collapsed on, but if your botside has been winning and you managed to get the first 2 drakes soul should be your #1 priority win condition.
One thing to keep in mind is your priority on herald should depend on how many grubs you managed to secure, as the Herald spawns mites on crashing depending on how many grubs you have (but only if someone drives it of course). If you manage to drive herald with 6 grubs it can pretty much take down a full tower by itself, whih is one of the best ways to snowball a game at this point.
In any case, this is the time in the game when item powerspikes matter the most. Take your fights according to who has what core items and don't flip plays unless you have a clear advantage, because if you lose a skirmish here, that can easily mean an early 2 items spike for an enemy carry.

Late game
Similar to mid-late game but now you have the threat of Baron and soul. By this stage your damage falls off and your only job is to engage and to protect your carries, so you should itemize accordingly.
Even though you're a low econ champ, you still need to pay attention to your recall timers as those dictate your tempo and tempo is everything in League.
Keep in mind that as a tank you have very low burst and you are prone to getting outsmited, so use your engage capability to turn on enemies if a steal is likely. This works far better if you have good vision control in the area so buying a control ward before major objectives is extremely useful.
