Vladimir
Vladimir is not hard to lane against, but you cannot really punish him, so he will eventually scale for free and become an extreme danger in the late-game. Buy Locket + Redemption and try to save your carries.

Massive damage and CC output, immobile when ghost is on CD, but can teamfight with you anyways. He can freely ult to your lane, as you can tank turrets/dive behind to force the fight.

Champion Build Guide
I've played a lot of all 5 lanes ever since starting before pre-season 1.
I am usually playing any of the following champions;
Malphite, Gnar, Darius, Zed, Udyr, Twitch, Draven, Tahm Kench
Now that that's out of the way, on to the playstyle of Tahm Kench, the most anti-fun lane champ in the game.
Pros:
Strongest peeler in the game.
Roaming capabilities with Abyssal Dive
Strongest mid-game of any champion.
Enabling hypercarries
Cons:
Immobile, somewhat gankable
Extremely weak until level 4.
Not a meta fit, as usually you find marksmen in botlane during this season
Supports will not know how your champion functions, and likely question your pick.
Tahm Kench is worthless until level 4. Your rank 1 Q is better used for farming, but at 2 and above it does serious poke, scaling with your passive. Abuse your Q poke to the max, as it both heals you and deals huge damage.
Early-Game
Stay safe until level 4, avoid trades unless you can trade autos for a grasp stack.
Poke with Q from level 4 onwards. an "Equal" trade goes strongly in your favour.
Early-mid
At level 6 onwards, check for enemy jungler on map, if he is not close to bot, go into a brush and dive behind enemy lane, it is not vital to hit your Abyssal Dive, simply stop them from walking to turret. Ghost and ultimate will win you the fight regardless of what lane it is, as your ultimate does massive damage and allows you to wait for another Q.
Mid-Late
Mid to late your goal is to do absurd poke with Q and catching people with abyssal dive, make sure you have sweeper trinket. At this point with riftmaker and level 3 ultimate your ultimate will do absurd damage, make sure to use it for damage unless you have someone else carrying fights for you, such as a Vayne or Katarina.
super lategame
At this point you start lightly falling off, and you should focus on saving your carry with R, and clearing as many wards as possible, as your greatest strength at this stage is essentially being an assassin, any hit of W will by the death of someone.
