You're going to want to get your jungler to give you an early gank, because you opened with a red pot. You're going to play like there is no jungler, because if he comes top to kill you, you can just turn and kill him. The key is to get yourself fed that way you can kill the enemy ad and ap carry who will, no doubt, get fed.

This build is good no matter what. You can snowball a lead or try to scale into the late-game regardless. Don't finish the bilgewater at any point during the game. You're going to want to get the ravenous hydra for the split-push presence and then get the thornmail to reflect damage

The key is to only ult for your jungler as he is ganking for you. Your q is used for last hits rather than poke, because it helps sustain you as they poke you down. Your ultimate can be used as an escape when you're getting ganked. Your shield should be used when you try to go in for creeps, because they'll try to poke you down. Your taunt should be used as an initiate when behind because when taunted they cant use skills.

When the enemy laner forces you to back, or kills you, your teleport should be used to come back to lane. Flash should be used to initiate fights when you're getting ganked, just try to flashtaunt both of them.
