Introduction

This is 1kNeedle's H E A L S L U T Soraka guide. Hopefully you are at least Mastery 6, having many games under your belt with understanding of itemization and skills for Soraka.
Patch 8.12 nerfed Heal & Shield Power across the board.

This build is all about Heal & Shield Power, we're going to milk that for all it's worth. Heal & Shield Power items that we purchase will imbue our Summoner Spells with extra potency.

Build what you want after this, but know that you have the maximum amount of Heal & Shield Power because of the 15% from
Mikael's Blessing, it does not make sense to buy lower Heal & Shield Power % items such as
Redemption and
Ardent Censer since Heal & Shield Power does not stack in an additive way. If you have
Redemption and then you buy
Mikael's Blessing, the 10% increase healing/shielding power will become 15% because
Mikael's Blessing has the highest number.
