IE: Super high damage on squishies.Rapid Firecannon: Buy when against champions you want to stay away from (e.g Caitlyn + Azir, Tristana + Lux, Draven + Syndra + Nidalee).Statikk Shiv: Buy if your team lacks waveclear.Mercurial Scimitar: Lots of CC on the enemy team.Bloodthirster: Really good lifesteal, nothing else to say.Death's Dance: Buy if you are getting blown up by assassins over and over, otherwise Bloodthirster is usually the better option.Mortal Reminder: Personal favorite for damage against tanks that heal (e.g Maokai, Mundo, Zac, etc.).Guardian Angel: Buy for the same reason you would buy Death's Dance.Guinsoo's Rageblade: Stacking with BoRK passive and Silver Bolts makes for a fun way to play while ahead, it's not a very good item on Vayne though because you waste all of the AP.Wit's End: Buy with Rageblade or to MR Shred for your fed APC.
