In order to beat this champ, you would have to itemize solely for them. They are favored late game, and too fast to deal match. You are not particularly afraid of their all-in, but they can kite and perma-drain your HP.

How to Win with Warwick Jungle
Warwick Jungle: domination over the river through damage, fear, and prio creation. Normally, Warwick suffers from a lack of base movement speed and poor target access. Very few champions want to trade Auto-attacks with Warwick in a confined space. That is where objective control enters.
Your opponent must willingly enter the Dragon and Grub pits to contest you. Talk about bringing the lamb to slaughter! You can now spec into resistance boots, in combination with Waterwalking, to dominate like no Warwick toplaner ever could.
Your mission: stack Drakes.
However, do not force Drake without Prio! Create it. Establish vision, ping your team, and wait for the moment. If it doesn't come, make a judgment call and pursue an alternative objective.
If you are behind, IMMEDIATELY make a plan to create a strong teammate and find a way back into the game. You can perma gank any lane of your choice with ult.

Fundamentals / Itemization
Warwick exclusively heals off of Magic Damage dealt post-mitigation. Eternal Hunger adds bonus magic damage on-hit that scales off 15% AD and 10% AP. This is why he does not build Black Cleaver or Lethality.
Warwick Loves Stats: AD for Eternal Hunger scaling (and attack speed), Resistances (Armor and MR), and Health to survive burst damage.
Attack Damage vs Attack Speed. Attack speed empowers Warwick's sustain/drain tanking. His W provides bonus attack speed against low-hp targets. However, items such as Wits End can provide little to no AD. Unfortunately, WW has terrible base-AD scaling. If you do not pick up AD, you will tickle your opponent and heal abysmally.
Warwick LOVES resistance. As a drain tank, you can effectively have infinite health as long as you keep healing. Resistances multiply the value of every HP stat you have (EHP = HP * Damage reduction). See the picture? Not only that, but your E provides damage reduction. Allowing for outplay potential.
Use HP to survive Burst damage. I just said Warwick can have infinite HP through sustain. What gives? Warwick's Eternal Hunger Passive activates below 50% hp. If you have 2,100 HP, and begin healing at 1,050 HP, you will likely die to enemy combos in Skirmishes.

How to win fights
Micro:
- Your goal is to tank enemy burst damage, and DESTROY enemies in auto-attack battles while their abilities are on Cooldown.
Example: You are fighting a fed Kha-Zix. He is overconfident and full-combos you. You have 5% hp. Congratulations. Your kit can hand-hold you in the following fight. Use E in combination with your below 25% Eternal Hunger Passive to sustain his autoattacks. Follow his dash/flash away with Q and use your ultimate to deny him counterplay as you heal back to half hp.
- Play off of your teammates over engaging 1v5! If your ADC / Mid-laner lands a good combo and halves the enemy's HP, your W ability will activate making it 10x easier to sustain-tank the enemies all-in

Macro
Common Complaint: Warwick doesn't scale! I was 8/0/1 and still couldn't carry the teamfight in the river.
What was the enemy team doing while you took every kill on the map? A kill lead on Warwick means nothing if your opponent has been farming, while your teammates are falling behind.
If you are 5 kills ahead of the enemy jungler, but 40 cs down, and you took every kill from your ADC - you are not ahead. You have not scaled.
Play around with your strongest team member. You are not a tank. You are not your teams damage dealer. You are a bundle of damage, tanking and crowd-control that perfectly synergizes with OTHER bundles of damage and crowd-control.
