A hook champion can very easily kill you if you're out of position.
Blitzcrank
A hook champion can very easily kill you if you're out of position.
Pyke
A hook champion can very easily kill you if you're out of position.
Bard
This really depends on how good the Bard is. If he's a newbie Bard you probably won't have much to worry about. However, if he's experienced, he will most definitely out-roam you and he will always out-trade you in lane.
Morgana
Her black shield neutralizes what makes you useful in lane, especially if she's going a max E build. Try not to get caught out by her, and you should be able to beat her out of lane.
Leona
Leona is kind of a 50/50 scenario. Just avoid feeding or playing too aggressively into her when she has kill pressure.
Rell
Going against a Rell requires you to be a little bit more patient compared to a Leona. Don't try to predict her movement with your E, and just focus on surviving lane.
Tahm Kench
Try not to fight Tahm Kench up close. The key to winning a battle against him is stopping him from swallowing his ADC, and of course, you killing that ADC.
Lulu
Despite her numerous nerfs, Lulu remains one of, if not THE best Enchanter for popular hyper-carries. The chance of her enabling her ADC to diff you and your laner, greatly outweighs your ability to beat her.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Alistar
Nothing here to say other than if you're caught out of position, he will knock you up and his ADC will finish you off.
Also, his recent AP build deals a surprising amount of damage, so don't get cocky if you see it and remember to respect it.
Janna
Janna has excellent peel and disengage. Unless she's playing erratically, you probably won't be killing her.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Milio
Like Janna, Milio possesses great disengage and peel. In my experience, it usually takes a gank from your jungle to limit the impact of him and his ADC.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Nami
This fish can out-trade you, but if she overextends and becomes vulnerable then you can probably kill her.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Soraka
GET OBLIVION ORB AND PRAY.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Yuumi
I don't recall having a stressful time against Yuumi. The biggest threat she poses is her insane shielding and peel.
NOTE: The majority of Enchanter matchups against Seraphine ends with them being able to provide utility better than you in lane. For the sake of clarity, most will be placed in the Even threat level.
Ashe
I LOVE PLAYING WITH GREAT ASHE'S! Seraphine's E works beautifully with the slow Ashe has in her Auto's and W, and the immobilization she has in her R.
Miss Fortune
Her E sets your kit up perfectly.
Varus
I consider Varus to be quite compatible. His E is a convenient slow zone that works well with your E, and the pressure he has with his ultimate is great for your follow-up.
Aphelios
I enjoy playing with an Aphelios who knows how to combo with me. Almost any play they make with Gravitum active is good for you.
Jhin
Jhin is an ADC that I have fun playing with. He does CRAZY damage and your kits can work together to set up great plays.
Caitlyn
If you immobilize an enemy and she cages them, it's lights out for them.
Jinx
Her zap gun can slow enemies for you, and your kit works well at not only defending her but also enabling her to get kills.
Lucian
Lucian is a powerful early-game champion. If you hit your double E he'll probably be able to kill.
Draven
As with Lucian, Draven shreds through enemy health bars like nothing. As long as you keep him safe and hit your abilities, both of you should dominate the lane.
Kog'Maw
The slow his vomit carpet has makes it easier to hit your E. In any case, you two have great compatibility.

Hello! I'm stroderna, a Milio and Seraphine main, and an Emerald III peak enchanter player. I've been playing League of Legends since 2018, and it's surprisingly been one of the most fun games I've ever played. Over the years, I've seen Riot reinvent League to keep audiences hooked, and I plan on being a part of more exciting moments!
Please note that I'm currently working on making this guide a holistic overview, but so far, I'm comfortable with publishing the basics. As for right now, both builds share the same synergies and threats. This guide mostly takes into consideration your knowledge of certain League of Legends terms and jargon.
Inspired by the Reddit enchanter icon u/KiaraKawaii’s closing remarks, to avoid unnecessary confusion, my builds are a result of the findings I’ve done and the fun I’ve had in testing them. You are more than welcome to experiment with different build patterns and decide what works best for you! After all, League of Legends is a game where entertainment and improvement meet at the intersection of visual observation and hands-on analysis. My words are not binding, my research is not absolute.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my build, and I hope you enjoy testing it on the Rift!
