He’s unlikely to appear in the ADC role, but he’s a major threat to Hwei. If he has W and you use your ultimate, it will definitely be wasted. He can easily close the gap, and if he has a support like Malphite who can knock you up, he’ll make your entire laning phase miserable. So banning him is a smart choice.

Champion Build Guide
Hwei APC is definitely very strong, but this power depends on how you play. With her recent buff and your passive, you’ve become very powerful. With the right moves, you can easily take out your opponents, and with many build options, you can beat them comfortably. Hwei isn’t a difficult champion; you just need to be quick with your fingers :)
