Poppy has been a pretty good pick in JG 'cause her ability to stop some of meta pick for this role, her W and great capacity to absorb damage makes her a good pick to your SoloQ's. However, Poppy has a hidden potential that can be unleashed after you understand her abilities and possibilities, mostly seen as a tank she has crazy AD scaling and so much CC, so, Poppy with some AD has been used recently (Sundered Sky) becoming a core, but her potential doesn't end there. For this guide I've been playing Poppy for the entire season with multiple builds to find her best build to balance damage, kill potential, dueling and endurance, with multiple runes and items, matchs and team comps to give to all of you a build that will make you a menace in the rift with the little yordle, enjoy.

Poppy has a good AD scaling abilities, and she can destroy enemies with one all-in, eclipse and sundered sky gives her unexpected burst damage and good damage overall plus makes her more tankier thanks to the heal from SS and the shield from eclipse. Allowing her to burst enemies with one or two combos, You can duel very good and still be a good tank in late game, giving you more options to catch the carry or protect your teammates, being a threat because you can delete enemy supp, ADC or midlaner. Your best power spike is Eclipse, but this build never falls off, in early game you do a very good damage and in late game you have still a pretty good damage and more tankiness.
