I now did some more research on Frozen Mallet and yes, it really lacks some gold efficiency. I deleted it as viable completion option. Thank you for convincing me... I have a slight problem with proving my point even if I see that the other party has valid arguments...

anyway...

BtT: Rylai's Crystal Scepter Is pretty gold efficient and works well as additional CC with the abilitypool of Cassio, that's why it's in the core. Like I said, I play for utility, that means using the W to flee from engages (saved several lifes up to now), or to chase fleeing targets (took many too/helped doing it) The E applies the 35% slow as it is single target. The AP you get from it helps your cause aswell.

Just as a brief sidenote to encourage you thinking Frozen Mallet being a viable option: It provides AD and Health and therfore it isn't an option for Cass in the first place as you're mostly using abilities to deal damage (Rylai's could be used for improved slowing but it's still expensive as you should mostly focuse on being a support!). Besides, FM's build path is terrible making it a weak item after all. I wouldn't even buy this on champions it might suit in most of the games ...

Experience comes with both ranked and normal games. For instance you've clearly no experience with Runes or items as you're suggesting one of the worst AD/Health items ( Frozen Mallet) for an APish support.
The issue of making guides is that the guy making the guide should be aware of what's statically and mathematically good to build/ use on a champion as you're the one trying to teach people. I don't want to be rude reagarding that point but many many people would criticise you for making that kind of guide and you should also think about the people reading the guide, too.

Yes, I see the point you're coming from. It's just a build I had sucess with in several (unraked) games.

When I play support I mostly go for utility, not for kills, especially with cassio. (example Morellonomicon) It is true that Frozen Mallet seems to be a very unfitting item regarding the stats it gives. However, 700 life isn't that bad. It's 100 short from a Warmog's Armor (- the regen ofc). I also buy this if I want to reach a very annoying slow. It's a very optional Item to say the least and only to be picked as a last otpion.

I don't take any offence in your comments because your reasoning is pretty rational. Again, from my side, I don't know how those written lines come over to you. Be assured that I don't want to annoy you in any way.

I read it throughly and read this too. How do YOU define experience? The amount of games you played? I played many. The rank of your ranked games? None, since I don't play ranked. I experiment a lot around, this is the result of it.

Get at least two Rune pages for AP and AD in the beginning as you can use them on most of the champion 8even though there are better options for specific champions). Runes are important because they are generally useful for improving early stats. Just as an example you there are Runes proving 7,5 per cent CDR at level one, isn't that beautiful?

It is indeed quite beautiful. However, the amount of IPs to fill a page with decent runes is extremely high. I firstly concentrated my effort on getting champs to maybe find a matching one for how I like to play. I still do experiment a lot and haven't hit any conclusion. I really haven't made any much of experiences with runes so I held myself back with giving advice about it. It also depends on your playstyle anyway. If you like to take some damage, take armor/MR runes, if you like to poke, take AP/MP runes (Just as written in the guide). It's just a guide which is meant to open up possibilies.

If that above sounded like I am a dense mf, I apologize.

Why do you think I'm not level 30? Did I mention it like that anywhere?

I don't concentrate myself on a single type of champ/playstyle so it's pretty useless for me to get many runes.

You shouldn't publish guides if not being level 30 yet/ being pretty unexperienced in the game.

Regarding I recommend you buying Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration (or cheaper Greater Mark of Magic Penetration), Greater Seal of Health/ Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist and Greater Quintessence of Armor/ Greater Quintessence of Ability Power in time as they can be used on many (AP) supports.

Why do you think I'm not level 30? Did I mention it like that anywhere? I will change it if so. If you just assume that I'm not lvl 30 because I don't use any runes you are not correct. I never used any since I, like mentioned, just used my IPs to try as many underplayed champs as I could and I don't concentrate myself on a single type of champ/playstyle so it's pretty useless for me to get many runes.

BTT, thanks for your suggestion.
