I play twisted fate as mid or top lane champ putting most of my masteries and runes into gold income. This style is a very fun way to play twisted fate as he and his passive grant tons of gold when farming minions. It also fits into his theme as well, being a gambler and such this is a perfect way to make that other side of his shine.

When playing gambler twisted fate always remember to get gold income items like avarice blade not only does it build into other crit items but it also grants tons of gold. Since twisted fate relies heavily on crits to make this work get infinity edge to increase the amount of damage. Then from there get attack speed items like ghost blade or phantom blade to insure the maximum amount of damage is dealt. With that said twisted fate is very squishy so I also try to grab bloodthirster to give him more life steal when engagin in combat.

For mastery I just take 9 in offense giving me a boost in attack damage and cooldowns while 21 in utility assuring i get enough mana regen during the early stages, and gold along it as well.

For runes I take gold and attack speed because this is what will help make twisted fate deal more damage. No crits because the maximum amount is 90% and that is already given by his full build.

Well this build is not far different from just being a troll or having fun. This build is just intended to give players a feel of what's it like to play a champ that grants so much gold! Besides that this build is incredibly strong! Gold plus crits what's more not to like about that!

When laning against other champs keep in mind that twisted fate is very squishy and should keep his range. Try using teleport and his ult to gank other lanes through out the game not only it grants him gold but others won't be suspecting it! In addition try to farm waves frequently as it can grant up to 400 gold per wave!

This is a very fun way to build twisted fate and a way to just relax while your having a blast building up gold and killing all your enemies!
