Introduction
Thank you so very much for clicking on this guide, and I wish to introduce myself.
I am currently in high school, (Summer break) and over the break, I began to pick up Vayne.
Vayne is an absolutely insane A.D Carry if played in the right hands, and has a high skill
cap. That is the soul reason I picked up Vayne as an ADC.
ITEMS
Now, the main reason I said to buy a B.F. Sword first, and then finish a PD first was because of the recent buff's to Vayne's Q. It now allows each individual damage to crit, pairing together for insane amounts of damage. To make sure that she had enough DPS for her to still be viable, we put in a B.F. Sword so that you could get the most early game DPS possible, seeing as PD is a really cheap item. PD also works wonders with your passive, creating massive amounts of move speed, plus your ult that allows you to go invisible every 2 seconds, deal bonus damage, and have EVEN MORE MOVE SPEED. Absolutely insane item for Vayne to build, and would even recommend building it normally.

The reason I say to max Q first, is because she gets a ridiculous 2 second cooldown on it (providing she hits a target) without any CDR, AND she gets a really large buff in damage, providing excellent chase for Vayne, especially with ultimate and PD. Maxing W isnt really useful in lane, unless the enemy team has a tanky support then it might be OK to max it first, but I'd recommend doing it if their support isnt the only tank on their team you think you will have to be dealing with. All truth told, your W doesnt do nearly as much damage to squishies as it does to more tanky champions, which is why you max Q first, as ADC's don't normally build armor as a normal part of their build, until later in the game, but by then you're an absolute ****ing beast.
For farming with Vayne, I recommend using your Q as an autoattack reset, guarantying CS, but you may sometimes want to save it to dodge poke from your enemy laner(s). I always recommend focusing on CSing over trading, but when you see a chance to get a really good condemn and a kill, then you should always go for it.
