It depends how good the vayne is, and how good peel she gets from her teammates. Tell your teammates to focus vayne. (Also try to ban her in draft mode, unless your teammate wants to play her)

EARLY JUNGLE PATH
2: Always Start at Krugs and get the smite buff as quick as possible.
3: Upgrade W (Meditate) two times in a row at the start, (Watch Abilites board)
3: Do not smite "Birds", use the smite to either gain vision from invades from "Wolves" or mana from blue buff.
4: Try to not gank before 6, unless an enemy is pushing hard and/or low HP
5: Try to get an early dragon around level 6. You can solo it with ult and BloodRazor item, unless its Infernal Dragon.
