Creeping / Jungling
After you clear first red side, go over to blue and you can clear that side then see if you know where enemy jungle is and try to counter jungle, or gank top/mid.
Ganking is pretty simple on Fiora, you can dash in hit them hard in their vital and just put a lot of pressure on them so if they stay in the lane where your ganking, it is a guaranteed kill with your ally helping. The only way to escape Fiora is if they have a dash, cc, or flash up, but most of the time they try to focus the laner anyways for the cc so they are almost forced to waste their flash on you.
