Just dodge. Hardest counter in the game. His blind counters you, he's ranged, his poison can get you as your ult runs out, and it's by far the worst matchup you can have.

Introduction
You never stop farming. If there's a time where you aren't farming, you're doing something wrong. No enemy minion wave and you pushed yours to tower? Invade and steal jungle camps. Roaming? Get scuttle, then take the CS in the lane you're going to. No matter how many question pings you get, keep farming. Don't stop.
Tryndamere is a splitpush god. He gets free crit off of minions, takes towers faster than you can TP to them, and can survive at least five seconds of pure punishment from any and all champions.
If you can get your PD/SS/VS early enough, then head to rift herald, stack some crit off of scuttle, or eat the fruit, then start rift. You wont need help from anyone, and if you time your E's right, you can do it without even burning Q once. Rift Herald on trynd is possibly the best use of Rift in the game. It helps his tower taking, it helps his 1v5, it helps him everywhere. Get it on him ASAP.
Post 20, I wouldn't recommend splitting top unless you can get inhib (tower) quickly, because otherwise it's a free baron. Split botside, and when the enemy shows up, E away and go farm the jungle.

Remember: You are the only person on the team that matters. See a low HP enemy with your caitlyn ulting for them? **** that, you earned that kill. You used your W and everything. Enemy team is doing baron? Not for long, cause you have ult and E. Get some free kills, prevent them from taking baron, and if you die, don't worry. Kill some time by flaming the enemy team for being garbage at the game.
Ignore everything above this. It'll get you banned fairly quick. Just look at Tarzaned.
Tryndamere can splitpush and generate massive pressure on the enemy team. If they're grouping mid, you can split bot or top and take objectives while they're forced to siege a 4v5. When it's needed, group up and tank damage. You have at least five seconds of damage-soaking glory. Nothing is scarier than a tryndamere walking toward you, next to no health, with full build. You truly strike fear into their hearts.

All of your spells are on sizeable cooldowns, so you need to use them only when you need them. Your W is by far your least useful skill, so you can spam that, especially against an AP champ, like a ryze or an ekko.
Your Q burns all your fury, so unless you're low I wouldn't use it if you're looking for trades. The same goes for your E. It's your escape, and it's a good one. You can be in front of the enemy, E away from them, and do damage on your way out, easily winning the trade.
Never, ever use your ult unless you KNOW they can kill you, or you're about to get bursted down hard. It's very obvious when you ult, and the champion you're going after can wait it out.

Jungle Tryndamere used to be great back before the massive changes to the jungle, but now his clear is much longer, with the extra krugs and more raptors. I would just take another braindead champion like Yi jungle rather than Trynd. But if your heart is set on it, start red buff then go to krugs, skip raptors, take wolves, gromp, then blue, scuttle, and gank bot/mid.
Toplane is the best choice for tryndamere, because he can get some early kills on tanks that require items to get tanky, like Maokai or Garen. Take him top like the metaslave you are.
Tryndamere mid CAN work, under the right conditions. If you're up against someone like Fizz or Ekko, you can certainly get ahead quickly, but be sure to roam post 6, cause they'll just out damage you. Leblanc is **** right now so anyone can work against her, just dodge if there's a M7 Katarina on their team, and if it's Aatrox you just may win.
