Welcome to the my Vladimir guide. In this guide, I will share my Vladimir builds and experiences.

I am playing League of Legends since Season 1 (I started the game when Vladimir just released.) My first champion was Vladimir and over 8 years, it has been changed a lot of. But I can say that Vladimir never dies.

This build fits both Middle and Solo Top.

In this high movement speed and mobility build, I would like to go Sorcery and Inspiration.

Sorcery for high mobility and increasing ability power, Inspiration for %5 extra CDR Cap and when we select both it gives 20 Ability Power at the start.

At Sorcery Part:

Phase rush for increase movement speed after 3 attacks so it will be easy to escape or catch enemies. This is the best choice.

Nimbus Cloak is best choice in this part, because of increasing movement speed.

Celerity increases movement speed and gives extra AP based bonus Movement Speed. Vladimir has 330 Movement speed at base stats. When you got items, for example you will have 480 movement speeds. 480 - 330 = 150 so you will get bonus ap based on 150 movement speed. If you have another buffs or dragons or skills which increase movement speed, this amount will increase highly.

Waterwalking is good choice for running in river especially in early games (to help your jungle or catch enemies) but another choice can be Gathering Storm. Both are okay.

At Inspiration Part:

Magical Footwear is a good choice because it gives bonus +10 movement speed and free boots.

Cosmic Insight is necessary for Vladimir to get %45 CDR. With %45 CDR, Vladimir has Q and E Cooldowns as 2.75 Seconds. (At ability level 5) So it will increase damage and survival.

I would like to start with The Dark Seal and 3x Health Potions.

It helps to stay on line (because of 3 potions and increased potion effect). Also if you are getting feed, it will give extra Ability Power for free.

When you reach 10 stacks, you buy Mejai's Soulstealer so you will have increased amount of bonus Ability Power and bonus movement speed (when have 10 or more stacks)

In early game, you must buy Fiendish Codex (%10 CDR and Ability Power) and Ionian Boots of Lucidity (for %10 CDR) After those items, you will reach %25 CDR. It is good at early game to spam more Q ability. Also your healing will be faster because of you spam often Q.

You must buy Aether Wisp also for Ability Power and Movement Speed. It will increase your mobility. As you know Vladimir is a slow champion because it has no gap closer skills (like jumping or something else). To harras enemy easily, you must have high movement speed.

After those items; you must buy Twin Shadows, Ardent Censer and Zhonya's Hourglass.

All of those items have %10 CDR. With CDR Boots and 3x %10 CDR items you will have %45 CDR. It is the maximum value in game. (Except in Urf :)) Also Twin Shadows and Ardent Censer gives movement speed so it will increase our mobility. Zhonya's Hourglass is necessary for Vladimir to survive, when you use your W you won't be able to use again nearly 10 seconds so Zhonya's Hourglass is a good item to use in teamfights.

Finally you must buy Rabadon's Deathcap to increase Ability Power. It will boost your Ability Power so you will have high healing and damage.

The last item can be Spellbinder or Mejai's Soulstealer. Mejai's Soulstealer is a cheap solution but if you have high stacks it is the best item for this amount of gold.

Spellbinder is a safe solution, when you die you won't lose ability power but it is more expensive.

You must learn Transfusion (Q) ability at level 1 and when you are level 2 you must learn Sanguine Pool (W) ability because of early (level 2) ganks and it will definitely help you.
Skill order improving must be like that:
First Max Q skill.
Second Max E skill. (When you are able to upgrade ultimate do it firstly.)

Flash and Ignite is good choice. Since Teleport is nerfed nearly 60 seconds, it is not a good pick. Also can be Flash and Ghost, but Ignite is better because of kill secure or healing reduce of enemy.
