Don't forget that miss fortunes Q can bounce from one enemy to the other behind him.You can use this to poke the enemy by using your q on a minion close to him or even the enemy supp.If your opponent is low on health you should look for a dark harvest stack from a canon minion and use this feature to kill them.
Another feature that you can take opportunity from using the runes showed above especially the cheap shot rune,is that if the enemy is slowed you deal true damage to him.You should keep this in mind and combo your E with your Q.So first slow them using E and then deal true damage using Q.This can get really OP during late game with your dark harvest stacks especially against armored tanks.
