Brand is relly hard to go agains, because of high range, so try to ban or just dodge game. if not, go very safe and build a lot of MR if necessary. poke less is good.
Alistar
he is relly easy because its melee, so on lvl 1 just poke the more you can, so that on lvl 2 he don't zone you and ADC.
Ashe
she is not hard but very irritating to go agains. try to dodge her arrows and never too close, because you have really low health.
Bard
not hard if not good, but just dodge his stun and be aware of where he is going.
Blitzcrank
just dodge, or ban. you will feed hard and there is no coming back. he push and you die.
Braum
annoying, he is very tanky so poke is not that useful, so its good if max W first, and always dodge his Q.
Caitlyn
really big range, so always when you poke you lose trade because you will get
minion aggro and she will hit you, so be aware but poke.
Draven
dodge. he has a high damage on early and kill you with literally 2 autos. just play very save and never close.
Ezreal
not hard but annoying. just dodge his Q and its a good lane for you.
Janna
really easy, but be aware of her tornadoes, because they can get you killed in seconds.
Jhin
not really hard, just be aware of when he is reloading his gun and poke.
Jinx
don't get killed. when she farm, poke. don't stop, but always safe for you not to get ganked, or killed.
Kai'Sa
kai'sa is a champ with good damage on abilities, so when she is on cooldown be aggressive.
Kalista
if she is bad, poke and wait for her mistakes, but if she is good, poke and just try to make a good synergy with your jungle for ganks.
Karma
karma is annoying, but when you learn her way to cast her Q's and W's, its really easy. play safe, poke and be aware of her cooldowns.
Kog'Maw
dodge his skills, and when they are in cooldown, just be very aggressive. build tanky and heal.
Leona
really annoying, and OP. she is a bad bad champion to go against.
Lucian
he has low range, but be aware that 2 combos of him will kill you, so always keep track of jungler and any incoming CC to, that will make him come close to you.
Lulu
lulu is not a good champion at the moment, so she probably wont be so strong, but if she is, never let her Q or morph you. this could lead to a kill.
Lux
as long she dont stun you, you kan win lane, so dodge all Q's and keep track of ganks.
Malphite
until lvl 6 you will win. after, play over his ultimate cooldown. he can be tanky but not so much damage until 6. after lvl 6 you can just play safe and get always a bit far from him.
Maokai
not hard. just watch out for ganks and his ult.
Miss Fortune
miss fortune. she is a big threat, dont let her Q on you, because if she hit it, you will lose 25% of your health.
Mordekaiser
dont relly found it hard, but it can be very op on late game. so if you can zone him from farm just do it.
Morgana
morgana is a super OP support. when she misses her Q just be more aggressive, but remember her cooldown and play always safe.
Nami
dont let her Q hit you. its annoying, and can get you killed with full health.
Pyke
high damage and high chance to get killed. he has soo much CC and damage. if he get you, your dead. so always dodge all skils
Rakan
he is not so hard. just dodge his feathers and you will win lane. watch out for ganks, and try to poke less. after 6 be aware of his ult.
Shen
tanky. He will probably want to taunt you, to you just E and move to the side, not to where you are going. if he W, dont waste autos, just trow Q's or w's until you get passive and his W is over, then you can auto.
Sivir
try not to get hit by her abilities and never waste ult when she has cc shield, she will get mana and ult will have no effect.
Soraka
dodge her Q's and always be aware of her ult, because it can be game changer. if she heals someone, just try to poke her more and more, so that she has no life to heal her ADC or other player.
Swain
really annoying, if you are good of dodging his abilities, its a not so hard match up, but but if he ult, you are dead. don't be afraid to flash E if necessary.
Tahm Kench
dodge his lickings and its free lane. be aware of his ult, and always communicate with your teammates if he is one for more than 4 seconds.
Taric
annoying, but not hard. when he has no ult just be aggressive. play on his mistakes, and his cooldowns.
Teemo
try to W ASAP if you or a teammate get hit by a mushroom, 2 mushrooms and you are almost dead, so be aware.
Thresh
he is very good against you, but if he misses his hook, you can just be very aggressive. it has a high cooldown early so just try to poke the most after he miss, but after 7s you should start to be more safe.
Tristana
dont get hit by a bomb, and play safe. if she jump on you, you can stun and passive Q, and she is probably dead.
Twitch
be aware of when he is invisible, buy control wards and watch out for ganks.
Varus
when he is on cooldown just try to be more aggressive, when he has Q, just try to dodge.
Vayne
she is a very high damage on late game, so try to get feed before this, so that you don't lose game. on laning phase just poke and watch out for ganks. when she has low mana, be very aggressive.
Xayah
she doesn't have much range, so always poke, but be careful to not get rooted by her feathers, and if she comes too close, ult and you should be able to kill her.
Yasuo
for my opinion, just dodge, he is a personal counter, for all lanes, but if he misses his tornado, be more aggressive, but i would build armor and max W. dont waste your ult on other people, try to always have it if he comes dashing to you.

watch out for his clocks, and never get his by 2 of them, they will stun you and you will lose a lot of health.

she is annoying, and very high damage. if you dodge her combo, just be aggressive, but play always safe, and poke.
Sona is a really good and OP support, that is very aggressive, but also can be very defensive and have a lot of potential with her kit, even being very simple, it has a lot of utilities and many ways to use it.
i started playing Sona, when i was level 26 in my first account, and sins then i loved her, and her kit made me progress a lot on game. now i have more than 250.000 mastery points in my accounts. (i'm not in a good rank, because i just like to have fun, but i got gold 5 just and only playing with her, with is very hard, but that is how i learned soo much about her.
