Why would you go full movement speed Garen in the jungle? Well, this build is kind of untested and I DONT recommend using it in ranked at all.

Yes pretty much. Not really bannable though since it kind of works

So what's the good and bad parts about movement speed garen?
Well.. If you decide to go items like Mobility Boots you will suffer from champions like which has an AOE ( Soaring Slam) that will slow you down. You can get Boots of Swiftness to get better chases. Other champions like has their ult which greatly counters your speed damage.

On the other hand squishy champs, normal bruisers will often lose fights to this. Movement speed Garens movement speed will caught the enemy by suprise and with Celerity you will almost oneshot them. This also works with Demacian Justice as you can run up to them, oneshot them and leave quickly.
