Why slowy Xerath?
First of all it's really viable. I hit challenger after 2 games playing this. I went 323/0/232 every game and I have a 10000% winrate. Xerath is also very sexy and I would recommend watching Xerath hentai (NSFW).

+Big slow
+Easy hitting your skillshots with the slows
+Big damage output lategame
Cons:
-Barely any mobility
-You sacrifice some damage for the slows
-Can be punished hard in earlygame
-He's not ATTACKSPEED Ivern
