Draven will out-damage you throughout the entire game.
Sivir has very strong waveclear, and her spellshield can counter your w and ultimate.
Vayne struggles against CDR Ashe due to her short AA range. You can bully Vayne out of the laning phase if good enough.
Ezreal and CDR Ashe tend to go even. He can use his e to dodge your W and ulti, but it has a high mana cost early so it's not sustainable.
Watch out for his lvl 2, and lvl 3 all in. Lucian can really struggle against CDR Ashe, as his auto range is short. He also falls off in the late game.
Miss Fortune can be a nuisance in the laning phase. With no mobility, it can be difficult to get out of her ultimate.
Tristana can buffer your ultimate if she is good enough. She scales very hard but can struggle in lane if behind.
Has no mobility to dodge your w or ulti. Jinx scales very well into the late game, so beware of her power spikes.
Kai'Sa's ultimate can make her difficult to lock down. Beware of Kai'Sa + Nautilus or Kai'Sa + Pyke.
Completely immobile. You can destroy Kog'Maw in the laning phase.
You can permaslow Kalista so she can't kite.
Twitch isn't too much of an issue if you position well in lane. Past level 6 he has tons of kill pressure with Spray n' Pray.
Xayah has stronger waveclear than Ashe, but has no mobility to dodge her combo. Watch out for Xayah's ultimate at level 6.
On hit Varus shouldn't be a concern, but beware of Poke Varus.
