Tryndamere can be a difficult matchup, seeing as he has good sustain. If he gets rolling early with a jungle gank, he's going to be very difficult to deal with. In this matchup i'd recommend getting Ninja Tabi -> Kindlegem immediately, and get a bramble vest to reduce the healing from his Q. Utilize your early levels to poke him down and get him low, but be ware of ganks, as a Tryndamere lane is very often duo with jungler, or gets a lot of jungle attention. Put 3 points into your Q, then max your shield. You should focus your trading around his W(chicken slow) and E(spin2win). These are his tools to gapclose. If he runs at you, you should try to kite him back without using abilities, as you want him to use his first. Once he uses his W on you, immediately W him once he's in range, but don't mantra W, then kite back with your q and aa's. If he spins at you, you should speed yourself up, as he will most likely try to slow you with his W right after. This is where you should start your root on him, and Mantra Q him. Since his E has around 8 second CD, this is your window to poke him down. I'd recommend running Exhaust in this lane, unless you're very confident against Tryndamere.
Riven is just one of those annoying champions for everyone, especially for non-tanks. Luckily you are tank Karma! I'd recommend running Ninja Tabi and Kindlegem asap in this matchup aswell. If their jungler is something with hard cc, like Elise, Jax, etc, you could also take tenacity from presicion tree as your secondary runes, along with triump. The important thing to keep in mind is your distance. IF you stay at the edge of your AA range, she can get to you, but she has to blow all her spells. If she uses her Q, wait until the second activation before you shield and run away. Once she has used her third Q, immediately try to root her, and get in a couple of Auto attacks. I would recommend saving your Q until she has used shield. If you get Glacial Shroud, Ninja Tabi and Kindlegem before she hits lvl 6, there's shouldn't be a way she can 100 to 0 you, unless she can get in auto attacks inbetween each ability cast. Still, be ware of her all in potential if you get cc'd by a jungler.
Nope. Pick Illaoi and make him ragequit. (There are some ways to play around this, but overall you're going to have a terrible time)
This matchup is quite straightforward. If Renekton dashes toward you, simply shield and run away, he can't do anything to you. I would say this is mainly a skill matchup, that favours karma a little bit. The important thing to remember is that his W now breaks your shield, if he has above 50 fury. You should mainly use your shield to run away or block his Q. If you see him using his W (His weapon will add red particles to it on most skins), start your mantra w on him before he stuns you. Your second activation of the W will still go through, eventhough you're stunned, and will nullify all his damage.
Unless you majorly screw up this lane, you should have a pretty easy time. If he starts channeling his stun, use your shield to run away until it's on cooldown. Your only threath here is getting stunned by his E (he can then move into a better position to follow you across the lane), or getting ganked by their jungler. Jax has a lot of damage for short trades, especially if he gets sheen early on, so you should avoid trading when his E is up, and mantra Q him when he jumps at you, then simply aa him while you run him down with root.

I ran about an 80% winrate on her for the first 25 games or so.
