Camille has INSANE true damage with her abilities. And in your R you deal extra dmg too. Your Q deals insane damage. The only thing you should be afraid of while playing Camille is crowd control. That's why you should be afraid of Poppy and champions like her. Your W is great for minion farming and lifestealing as well.
