Who am I?
As of the time of writing, I am currently in Silver 2. I've only started ranking around mid season 3.
I don't consider myself as a REALLY GOOD player, but I feel like I've learned the mechanics of TF pretty well.
With that being said, remember that this guide is written by a lowly Silver scrub.

Personally I would've preferred him to have a more impactful passive but the extra gold is good.

W - Pick A Card
Your bread and butter. Mana, AOE slow, and a stun. What more could you need?
E - Stacked Deck
This thing really hurts late game. Lich Bane + Gold Card + Stacked Deck + Q = Dead ADC
R - Destiny
Gankerino the lanerinos with this ulterino. Careful not to use it in front of your lane opponent. If they cancel it, it usually means a kill for them and 3 mins to your next Destiny gank.

Farming
-Use blue card to farm minions. Gives you mana back as well so you won't have much mana problems as long as you don't spam Wild Cards too much. Use red card on the minion if the enemy's near it for some harass.
Easy lane pushing
-This trick is pretty commonly known. Basically lock in red card, shoot it at the 2nd melee minion and then Wild Cards the wave. If you're doing average-ahead, you should be able to one shot a wave with this.
Quick Draw
-A little trick I like to use when laning. If your lane opponent has around slightly more than a quarter of health left and you have your summ spells, this can snag you an easy kill. Basically, activate Pick a Card but don't lock in a card yet. Then, after the cards have cycled for a while, the moment gold comes up, lock it in, flash, stun, Wild Cards, Ignite.
Port tips
-When porting, try to port directly on the enemy or behind them where they are about to run. Also, if you have trouble picking a card while Gating, the tooltip at the bottom changes colour as the cards cycle. TF gate stuns takes time to get used to but the payoff is really worth it when you can lock gold as if it's second nature.
