You get Emberknife instead of Hailblade because Tristana's W is enough mobility for chasing down and ganks

Clearing

You can start Red side or Blue side it's just a decision of which lane do you want to gank first Bot, or Top? which one do you want first early game or late game? (Drake or Rift)

Ganks

Ganks are pretty ez for Tristana because of her W she can easily chase down because of the W E reset and if a enemy laner is even decently pushed up that's almost a guarnteed kill.

In Conclusion

Tristana JG is very possible and it can be played well if you want to win you can play this but probably what will happen is someone will dodge and report you.
