Ability Order Leveling Order
Threats & Synergies
Can poke you very hard and punish you when trying to move up to gain support gold. Other than that he is immobile so try to engage when he uses his abilities on you so you can dodge them.
Denies your entire engage with her Blackshield so try to bait it or force it with an engage then go again before it gets up again. In late game you should just wait for her to use it before going in.
Basically Morgana's Blackshield but her shield wears off after blocking 1 spell so you can bait it or let your ADC force her shield.
Even if you engage onto him he can just dash back to his ally to safety so you can't really put him in a bad spot or kill him. Wait for late teamfights and try to zone him away from your teammates when he ults.
High damage with mobilty. Lucian works well with good engage supports with CC.
Jhin has great damage and follow up with his root
You both have great CC so you can keep your enemies at place for a very long time.
Aphelios works great with a tank support that can engage for him while he uses his 10000 abilities!

Alistar is a strong tank Support with great CC. He can set up a lot of engages and be very strong in teamfights as he is nearly unkillable with his ult.
-Bad engages can be punished
-Doesn't do well in most matchups
While Alistar does have a lot of utility in his kit, it is very predictable and can be countered by a lot of abilities with good reaction time. Bad engages by him can also be punished and can easily lead to his death if his teammates do not follow up quickly.
Passive: If 3+ enemies are nearby,grants 40 armor and magic resist. When activated, increases health by 40% but reduces damage dealt by 60%. If 3+ enemies are nearby, instead increase health by 100%.
The reason why this is so insanely good is because teamfights happen a lot, especially around drakes and they easily help us use our passive to gain a huge amount of HP. This greatly improves our survivability as any champion and makes us nearly unstoppable in teamfights while also providing a decent amount of armor and magic resist.
Triumphant Roar [Passive]
Everytime an enemy dies near Alistar he gains a stack. Upon reaching 7 stacks, he heals himself and nearby allies. Uses instantly when an epic monster or enemy champion dies. This ability has a 3s cooldown.
Alistar smashes the ground dealing magical damage to nearby enemies and knocking them up into the air.
Alistar dashes to an enemy, taking their position and dealing magical damage to them while knocking them back a far distance.
Alistar tramples the ground dealing magical damage over 5s to nearby enemies. Everytime he hits atleast 1 enemy champion, he gains a stack. At 5 stacks, his next basic attack against an enemy champion deals bonus magical damage and stuns the target for 1s.
Unbreakable Will [R]
Alistar removes all disables on himself and reduces a high percentage of all incoming magical and physical damage for 7s.
Font of Life: After immobilizing an enemy, your teammates heal for attacking that target. Grants more sustain to your allies.
Demolish: After standing near an enemy tower for a few seconds, your next attack on it will deal increased damage. Good for improving your snowball in lane and destroying towers more easily.
Conditioning: Increases your armor/magic resist after 10 minutes. Great for being more tanky and increases your survivability.
Second Wind: After taking damage from an enemy champion, restore a percentage of your missing health over time. When taking damage while this is active, the duration refreshes.
Unflinching: Increases your Tenacity for every ability and summoner spell on cooldown. Very useful for reducing the duration of the enemies' CC and being more mobile.
Cosmic Insight: Grants 5% CDR, Increases your max CDR by 5%, 5% Item CDR and 5% Summoner Spell CDR
Perfect Timing: Gives you a free stopwatch after 14 minutes or earlier depending on how many takedowns you get. Also reduces the cost of Gargoyle Stoneplate.
Triumph: Takedowns restore 12% of your missing health and grant you an additional 20 gold.
Legend Tenacity: Increases your Tenacity for every takedown you get. Great for being more mobile.
