You Don't Need Tear...

Ezreal simply doesn't require Tear. The mana regeneration from Essence Reaver is more than enough to sustain him during fights. This allows you to get Trinity Force instead of Iceborn Gauntlet; thus, giving you a much higher damage output.

Using the build with Tear makes Ezreal feel underwhelming, yet with this build you can nearly one shot the enemy ADC while sustaining your mana and health.

The Rotation

I prefer to E, Q, AA, Thunderlords. It saves a bit on mana, yet if they don't run after this, which they usually do, you can W for the extra attack speed. Once you have Trinity Force and Essence Reaver with the Thunderlords proc you will leave the enemy ADC with barely any health, usually securing the kill.
