Fizz is a strong burst damage champion. Unfortunately we are taking that insane burst away when you go AD. Some main losses are that your poke isn't AS strong, your assassination is weakened and your lane phase isn't as oppressive. some bonuses are that his overall damage is superb, he isn't reliant on his ult for damage and his ability to stay in fights is obvious.

Side note Ad fizz isn't the new meta star like most, but he does hold his own and can be very good at winning games.
