Just a quick question about ability order; although in your guide you mentioned maxing E as the best choice, I've always maxed Tristana's Q first (although I've only been playing her a couple of weeks) and simply spammed it; the +90% attack speed at rank 5 for 0 mana is just too good to give up imo. However, I do understand your reasoning behind maxing E first. Is maxing Q a terrible way to build Tristana?

Hey All! Made this account just so i could post how great this guide is!

After reading it i was confident to try out tristana (in ranked ofc) and i was able to dominate! I won the game and went on to win another game and due to my high mmr i skipped a div!

I like to use her W offensively more than defensively. A really good combo to almost guarantee a kill is, once the support has CC'd the enemy: W behind them > E > R > Q while mid air and then AA until they're dead. Tristana's ult is just so great and can be used in so many different ways, but I personally like to use it to get my enemy in the worst position possible, such as under my turret. :]

Nice guide, I really liked that somebody finally addressed the pen marks vs. ad runes. I actually like running pen marks and quints. The AD marks just fall off like rock a coming into orbit; they're good for last hitting, but I think I'd rather start the game with 19 armor pen, because once you build AD (or even before, depending on the adc), your last hitting recovers and your damage spikes like that space rock hit a trampoline.

A few things:

1. Kog'maw has the highest range late game with Bio-arcane Barrage, just barely, but he does; Tristana just has to settle for second place on that one.

2. Heal ALSO gives a 30% speed boost to you and all nearby allies, and removes all anti-healing effects (*cough* ignite *cough). For me right now heal is a much better pick than ignite or barrier (unless your support is running heal). Ignite honestly seems like a bad pick now on most champs because it's countered by heal, which you see in every game, and it just plain doesn't scale well into late game (it's also countered pretty hard by health potions, believe it or not). Taking into account baits, chasing, and dueling, heal has gotten me more kills than ignite this season by far. For some reason, Rito made it out scale barrier too with only a 30 second cool difference (so it's basically a full team barrier/speed boost now, but the barrier lasts until you lose a good chunk of health).

3. Weapon Expertise doesn't exist anymore.

4. Rocket Jump has a cooldown reset if you get a kill or assist. (Might be a good thing to add, as it can help you pick up kills if you jump on someone then jump away.)

Trist is a really fun adc, her damage is a bit lower/higher (well actually kind of a lot lower/higher depending on how tanky the enemy champ is) than Kog'maw's ('Cause he shreds and eats tanks alive, but his damage on squishies is just a bit lower than trist's. True story, it involves a fed tank Nasus dying in three hits.), but her mobility is wonderful, her range is constant (unlike Kog who has a small downtime on BaB late game), and she has better cs ability. Love late game carries.

Love the guide. Only thing that I want to say is that maybe in season for it would be good to just buy one doran blade due to the passive change that ranged champions only get 3 health back. Maybe it would be more efficent to rush core items.(sorry if my english is bad I do not really speak english :P)

Your starting items chapter, Long Sword and Boots start are missing a pot.
Probably should mention trinkets too. Also, you should probably make that support and Tristana's thing now :) Personally, Leona Thresh Taric Annie Fiddlesticks Alistar as synergy?

Awesome guide man! Quick note - Due to spell theif buffs and alot of agressive bot lane action in s4, it is actually better to rush blood thirster first due to the sustain! Other then that, awesome guide!

Hi I'M a level 14 league of legends player and I tried your build out in PvP. It was awesome thanks to you I got my first triple kill in PvP. So I just wanted to say thank you very much it really helped improve my game
